Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.

Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

Rescheduling Policy

• Date or time rescheduling is allowed with at least 24–48 hours prior notice, subject to availability.

• Same-day rescheduling requests may not be accepted.

Event Cancellations

In case of unforeseen closures or operational issues from our side, customers will be offered:

• A rescheduled date OR
